Welcome. This is the Starting Offense of Team Plain Jane . To be a Plain Jane you must be natural, a bit older, perhaps a bit saggy, most importantly there must be a kindness, a sweetness to your face. A Plain Jane is the woman at the grocery store, she is a school teacher, an office manager. We all know these lovely albeit slightly flawed ladies.
